Next week, Web Easy Media will be launching it's first Drupal Class! The Basics class will teach you how to install Drupal, what you get out of the box, running updates and backups, and how to know what modules and themes to use.

The class is targeted to users who have never used Drupal, or have installed Drupal and then didn't know where to go after installation. This will take place at:

This class was inspired by our Drupal Dinners. We have had a number of new members join the Drupal-Indy group, but many of them have only installed Drupal and haven't grasped the full power of what Drupal can do. Others have only heard about Drupal and aren't really sure where to start. This class will bring all the 'newbies' up to speed and prepare you for more events coming up this summer! 

Some of these awesome new events include more Drupal Dinners at different locations, Session-based Drupal Meetups, Lightning Talks, Drupal Cooperatives, and Drupal Hackfests.
