Geeks Giving Back to 9 Different Charities

A number of local techies banded together to help and launch the Indy Givecamp 2010 Event on the weekend of November 5th. As a 'group of developers trying to run an event', the event seemed to go quite smoothly! With the help of around 60 web developers and designers, the event was able to help 9 different charities with their internet needs.Read more

Revitalize Local Drupal Groups

Drupal Camp Chicago Session - June 27-28th

Coming up on June 27-28, there will be a Drupal Camp in Chicago. We have always enjoyed making the short trip to Chicago to interact with fellow Drupalers. 

This year, I have submitted a session about Revitalizing Local User Groups. I will be presenting what I have learned here in Indianapolis and try to help our community leaders to come up with better plans, more events, and just become more involved over all.Read more

Extreme web makeover Forty-eight hours. Three websites. One great cause.

INDIANAPOLIS – JANUARY 11, 2010 – The Indiana University School of Informatics at IUPUI and RefreshIndy, a local organization of web designers, developers and graphic artists, are bringing together the best professional and student talent in Indianapolis to develop three websites for three local non-profit organizations within 48 hours. This non-stop event begins at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 15 at the Informatics and Communication Technology Complex on the IUPUI campus.
